Product Advantages

Compressed rice husk pellets contain no sulfur gases and emit very low CO₂, thereby significantly reducing environmental pollution.

Production Process Description

The raw material consists of 100% rice husks with a moisture content of approximately 11–12%. The rice husks are transported by barges from nearby rice mills to the company’s dock. A drilling and suction system is then operated to transfer the rice husks onto conveyor belts, which deliver them to a storage silo with a capacity of 600 cubic meters, capable of holding approximately 50 tons of rice husks.

From the silo, the rice husks are fed into eight pelletizing machines, each with a capacity of 2 tons per hour. The pellet machines are equipped with three interchangeable molds with hole diameters of 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm.

After pelletizing, the pellets are conveyed to a screening system to remove pellets that do not meet size and quality standards. The qualified pellets are then transferred to cooling tanks before being packed into PP bags weighing 45–55 kg per bag or jumbo bags weighing 600–900 kg per bag. Finally, the products are stored and delivered to customers.
